QI made a mistake in my registration, what should I do?
AIf you need to make any changes to your application, please do not repeat the application, but send the following information to the address below by e-mail.apply@kcg.ac.jp

QI can't download the application forms from the acceptance/rejection inquiry page.
AIt cannot be downloaded from smartphones or tablets.Please download and print the zip file from a computer that can extract it.
Please read this before submitting your application online.
①Please make sure to enter your email address to perform the "Send Email Test".
Click on the "Test Email" button to send a test email to the email address you entered.Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct before submitting your application.
If you have not received the email, please check your email address and correct it, or change your settings so that you receive emails from "@kcg.ac.jp".
We will contact you by e-mail if there is any incompleteness in your registration information or submitted documents.You will also receive an email with notes about the exam.Be sure to check your email.
Please be sure to enter "Final Education" and "Educational background" in the Applicant Information.
②Flow after application
Please send a set of required documents to the Admissions Center.
Please go to "My Page" (for Japanese and international students) and check the "Document Arrival Status".When you see the message "Arrived," your application is complete.
The examination voucher can be downloaded after 13:00 on the day following the end of the application period.
③If you have applied more than once
It is not possible to delete the application history.If you need to make any corrections to your application, please do not repeat the application and send it to the following e-mail address
