Message

It is my pleasure and honor to be able to participate in an environment at The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics that is surrounded by the technology and research of advanced applied programs.

My personal goal is to maintain the balance between the taste of food and the important nutrients in food by utilizing technology. I would like to examine the intersection of the knowledge of food and its nutrients, the decoding of the deliciousness based on the composition of gastronomy and the choice of materials in relation to processing methods. These different areas will be coordinated using appropriate applied sustainable technology creating new models of healthy nutritious cooking.

I strongly believe that the contribution of the university and all who participate will contribute to the creation of human resources who will create a better culinary future. Together, in both personal and professional life, we will create life-giving, environmentally sustaining, food production for the entire planet.
