A two-wheeled robot blasted through a circuit at the ET Robocon 2011 Kansai Regional Conference (sponsored by the Embedded Systems Technology Association of Japan) held on September 18 at the Kyoto Station Satellite Hall of The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics.The highlight of the event was a competition in which autonomous two-wheeled robots ran a predetermined course and competed to clear time and obstacles.The hardware of the robots were identical (an inverted pendulum using Lego Mindstorms NXT), and the level of software incorporated into the robots was competed.KCGI an

The KCGI Degree Conferral Ceremony and KCG Graduation Ceremony for the first semester of 2011 were held on Friday, September 16, 2011, at the main hall of Kyoto Station Satellite, Kyoto Institute of Information Science.The students who have studied together at KCG Group have left the school with a strong desire to "contribute to society as information engineers in the advanced information society.

(HAND), a major company that provides ERP and SAP implementation support to Chinese companies, held an employment interview at KCGI on September 1. 5 Chinese students scheduled to graduate in March 2012 took the exam.This is the first time that a company representative has visited KCGI to conduct an interview test.

KCGI and KCG will conduct a five-day training program for seven faculty members of the Yangon Computer University in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar from August 23 (Tuesday) to 27 (Saturday).

In 2006, the Information and Communication Technology Training Institute (ICTTI) was established at the Yangon Computer University with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).Since then, training has been conducted to improve the technical and teaching skills of faculty members teaching at the center and to help them acquire new technology.

Three students from TUFS are participating in a short-term Korean language program at Jeju National University in Korea, which has an academic exchange agreement with KCGI.

Participating from TUAT are Ms. Yang Lu, Ms. Keiko Tanaka, and Mr. Hirotsugu Takahara.The entrance ceremony was held in the seminar room of the university on the afternoon of September 9. 37 students from Japan, China, Indonesia, Russia, and other countries gathered for the ceremony.

The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) and Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) have been working at KCGI Kyoto Station Satellite (KCG Kyoto Station School), mainly on Saturday and Sunday during the month of July.

Last year, the contents of the new Courses of Study were published, and I am sure that schools are considering the new curriculum.I think that you have made various attempts to develop your classes on a regular basis. However, in the case of publishing, classes and examples of lectures by teachers with the cooperation of The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics and Kyoto Computer Gakuin are available. We organized an “Information Class Support Seminar” with content such as solutions.

KCG Group will introduce "Cool Biz" during the period (June to September) in order to cooperate in saving electricity, which has become a major issue.Faculty and staff will be required to wear light clothing during this period, such as no neckties, etc. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
