メッセージ
私の教育哲学を形作った学界と産業界での経験から，実践的な学びの重要性を実感しています。学生には，読むだけではなく，自ら「やってみる」ことで学んでほしいと考えています。
私自身，学生時代には実際に試したり手を動かしたりできる科目でこそ力を発揮しました。この経験から，私は実践重視の授業を設計し，探究心や批判的思考を育てることを大切にしています。学生には知識だけでなく，それを自信を持って活用する力を身につけてほしいと思っています。
この考えは，日本初の専門職大学院であるKCGIの理念とも一致します。すなわち，教員は学生が自らの目標を実現するための支援をします。教員の役割は先導することではなく，学生の隣に立ち，成長を支えることだと私は考えます。
交換留学生としての経験から，異文化への適応がどれほど難しいかを理解しています。困難を伴うこともありますが，それは成長し，新たな視点から世界を見渡し，違いを越えた理解を築く貴重な機会でもあります。私は全ての学生が歓迎され，尊重され，自らの意見を共有する力を感じられるクラスづくりを目指しています。
私の究極的な目標は，世界中の学生が好奇心とスキル，自信を持って自らの志を追求できるよう支援することです。私にとって教育とは，共感と目的意識をもってその旅路を支えることなのです。
