In addition to the three prefectures in the Tokyo metropolitan area, on January 13, 2021, the government re-declared a state of emergency based on the Act on Special Measures against Influenza of a New Type for seven prefectures, including Kyoto Prefecture.
As an emergency measure against the new coronavirus infection, we have moved our classes and other school operations to cyberspace since March 2020. In the spring semester of the 2020 academic year, Kyoto Institute of Information and Kyoto Computer Institute have been conducting classes in e-learning format (a system that allows students to take classes from home via the Internet) since the start of classes in April, and since Tuesday, June 16, we have been conducting face-to-face classes for some subjects after taking sufficient measures.
In addition to the above, we will continue to provide various student guidance and events, such as job hunting guidance, using cyberspace to maintain services for students, both online and in person.
The duration of this measure will be determined by closely monitoring the infection situation and government announcements, and the details of the measure may be changed depending on the situation.
If you are planning to visit us, please contact us by e-mail or other means in advance.
The KCG Group will continue to do its utmost to prevent infection.
