To make many people know about Chinese food culture, Friday, January 22 ahead of the Chinese New Year (February 14) to celebrate the Chinese New Year, Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) Kyoto Station School, KCG Kamogawa School Students from China at the Kyoto Japanese Language Training Center made a hot pot and sold it widely, including the general public.While the cold breeze was blowing, the hot pot was well received, and the people who were beating were screaming with a white breath.

The Kyoto Japanese Language Training Center holds a dumpling party every year during this season and is enjoyed by students and faculty members of the Kyoto University of Information and Sciences (KCGI) and KCG.This year, we changed the taste and cooked and sold hot pots and fire pots, which are widely known in Chinese food culture, with about 30 people.

Hot pot is a hot pot dish that is eaten not only in the mainland of China but also in Chinese societies such as Taiwan and Singapore, and also in other Chinatowns such as Japan and the United States, and Chinese restaurants such as hot pot specialty stores.This time, we used mainstream lamb and various vegetables.In China, the hot pot is sometimes called “dining table sauna”, and it is said that it has the effect of discharging waste products accumulated in the body, promoting metabolism and regaining vitality of the body.
