私の個人的な目標は,テクノロジーを活用して,食品のおいしさと重要な栄養素のバランスを保つことです。私は,食品とその栄養素の知識,おいしさがどのように作り出されているか,食品の加工方法と材料の選択が交差する点を調べたいと思っています。これらの異なる領域は,応用的で持続可能な技術を適切に使うことで調和し,健康的で栄養価の高い料理の新しいモデルを生み出します。
