Message

I firmly believe that a person’s value is determined by how much they can reassure others, provide convenience, inspire confidence, and bring joy to their lives.Guided by this philosophy, which I have adopted as my personal motto, I have consistently put it into practice in every aspect of my work. For many years, I have promoted the principle of “adding surprise to satisfaction” to improve service quality throughout the industry and established a development model centered on “building a fulfilling life through customer satisfaction.”Through more than 20 years of experience in hotel management and tourism investment, as well as over 10 years in service education, research, and cultural promotion, I have gained extensive practical experience and received numerous accolades, including the China Best Hotel General Manager “Starlight Award” three times and the “Special Management Award” seven times.I look forward to sharing my philosophy and experience and growing together with future service innovators and professionals at this university.

My current primary research focus is the “Six Savings Service Model.”This model aims to help future service businesses reduce staffing needs, lower costs, simplify business processes, reduce labor, shorten working hours, and alleviate stress while improving the service experience (UX). It seeks to achieve these goals through an integrated system combining mindset, skills, and physical capabilities, supported by technologies such as IT and AI.I intend to apply this model to education at this university, pursuing innovation while contributing to the enhancement of social value.
