The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) student Kim (from Shanghai, China) was selected as the Honorary Friendship Ambassador of Kyoto Prefecture in June 2019, and opened in the prefectural hall in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto City on June 19. I received an appointment letter at the “Kyoto Prefectural Opening Day Memorial Ceremony”.His main roles are to participate in events held by the prefecture to promote internationalization, to support international students, and to promote Kyoto in his native China and other parts of the world.I love Kyoto, which is rich in nature and easy to live in with its history and cutting-edge technology," said Kim. "I would like to participate in various events to promote Kyoto's attractiveness and do my best to be a bridge between China and Kyoto.I hope that many people in my hometown will learn more about Kyoto, which I love," he said.

After graduating from the Department of Electronic Commerce at Shanghai Jianqiao Institute, Ms. Jin entered KCGI, which has a partnership with her alma mater, in October 2018 to "learn the most advanced IT in Japan.While aiming to obtain ERP consultant certification, I am also interested in the agricultural IT field and study hard every day.Since April 2019, he has been the student president of KCGI and actively participates as a volunteer in various events organized by the prefecture and city, such as marathons.
