KCGI and KCG signed an agreement with Mechi Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal

The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) and Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) concluded an inter-university exchange agreement with Tribhuvan University (TU) Mechi Multiple Campus in Nepal on January 5, 2024.In the future, we will work together to jointly develop educational and research projects, exchange faculty and students, and hold symposiums and seminars.

A signing ceremony was held at the TU Mechi Multiple Campus on this day, with KCGI Vice President and Professor Houichi Domochi Gary and Mechi Multiple Campus President Jeevan Pokharel signing the agreement.Vice President Tsuchimochi greeted the students, saying, "KCGI is an excellent place to study and a great opportunity to find employment after completion of the program.Assistant Professor Ananda Nepal, KCGI, said, "This agreement will be a stepping stone for Nepalese students who wish to study at graduate schools in Japan, as KCGI allows students to study only in English.We can further contribute to the country by advancing ourselves in the field of information technology," he said.Prior to the signing ceremony, Vice President Tsuchimochi gave a special lecture on "ICE Model and Active Learning in Teaching" and Assistant Professor Ananda Nepal on "Society 5.0 and Web 3.0".

Tribhuvan University (TU), founded in 1959, is Nepal's oldest and largest national university.It has produced many excellent human resources and contributed to the modernization and development of the country.KCG Group has been active in exchanges with Nepalese universities, and in July 2022, concluded an inter-university exchange agreement with the Center for Computer Science and Information Technology (TU-CDCSIT), Faculty of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University.
