Since 2014, The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) has joined the “University Consortium Kyoto”, which is organized for the purpose of improving educational and academic standards in collaboration with universities based in Kyoto. .In the future, KCGI will widely announce open lectures and seminars offered by KCGI through the University Consortium Kyoto, as well as the recruitment of non-degree students and auditing students.
In addition, KCGI will announce the holding of a lecture on ".kyoto," a top-level domain for geographical names, which KCGI will start operating in fiscal 2014 as a registry operator, to widely invite university students in Kyoto to participate in the lecture.
