KCG was in charge of IT and manners training for new employees at Kyokyo

Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG), commissioned by the Kyoto Information Industry Association (abbreviation: Kyokyokyo, Chairman: Kyoto Computer Gakuin University / Kyoto Computer Gakuin General Manager, Wataru Hasegawa, Secretariat: Kyoto Computer Gakuin Kyoto Station) ) And Kyoto Information Graduate University (KCGI) conducted training for new employees centered on member companies of Kyokyo.

From April 8th to June 21st at KCG Kyoto Station School, basic training (10 days) for manners as a member of society and IT technical training (40 days) such as programming training and database training It was conducted.

During the three weeks after June, the trainees worked on project exercises to plan and produce applications in teams, and held a debriefing and completion ceremony on the final day.Participants of the trainees attended the report meeting, and questions and answers were actively held.

This training is part of employment-type training based on the “Practical Human Resource Development System” supported by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.After this, the trainees will return to their affiliated companies and will continue OJT at the assigned location until the end of September.
