As of April 1, 2010, KCGI President (3rd generation) Professor Toshihide Ibaraki Will take office.The term of office is two years until March 31, 2012.

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Kyoto University, completed the master's program at the Graduate School (Department of Electronic Engineering), Doctor of EngineeringSpecializes in mathematical engineering (algorithm, optimization).Professor emeritus at Kyoto University.He has served as Dean of Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University, Researcher at the University of Illinois, Professor at Toyohashi University of Technology, and Professor at Kwansei Gakuin University.Professor KCGI since April 2009.ACM, The Operations Research Society of Japan, The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Information Processing Society of Japan, Japan Society for Applied Mathematical Sciences-Fellow of 5 academic societies.
