Since the establishment of the IT Innovation Headquarters in 2000, Matsushita has been promoting management innovation utilizing IT with the aim of becoming a "light and fast" Matsushita Electric Company.This lecture will focus on the "background, contents (including case studies), results, future challenges and direction" of IT management innovation.
