Our hearts go out to the victims of the Hokkaido earthquake.

The Hokkaido earthquake that occurred on September 6, 2018, measured 7 on the Japanese seismic intensity scale and caused tremendous damage, including power outages and road disruptions, which affected the lives of local residents, and resulted in landslides and other casualties.The KCG group, including The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics, which operates the Sapporo Satellite, and Kyoto Computer Gakuin, which has many students and graduates from Hokkaido, are deeply touched by all faculty members and students.I would like to express my deepest condolences to the victims and their bereaved families, and to express my heartfelt sympathy.We also hope for the recovery of the injured and the earliest possible restoration of the affected areas.
